Yes folks, this is real! The largest group ever to march on D.C. We blitzed the Innauguration of ’09 with 1.7 million+ and I was there. I was part of history. The media reports of thousands would be correct if what they really mean is twenty hundred thousand.

Response to the President’s Health Care Speech

 

After all the rhetoric is put aside, one principle ran through President Obama’s speech tonight: that increased government involvement in health care can solve its problems.

Many Americans fundamentally disagree with this idea. We know from long experience that the creation of a massive new bureaucracy will not provide us with “more stability and security,” but just the opposite. It’s hard to believe the President when he says that this time he and his team of bureaucrats have finally figured out how to do things right if only we’ll take them at their word. Conservatives have been accused of perpetrating a smear campaign against Van Jones. It is conservatives who are somehow responsible for Jones’ comments about President Bush acting like a crackhead, and “white polluters steering poison into the people-of-color communities.” Forget the fact that Jones is a self-avowed communist and views capitalism as suicidal. Conservatives and Republican a$$holes (thanks Van) are to blame for the country’s loss of Van Jones at the helm of our green jobs. News flash! Van Jones is to blame for the person he is.
